Surigao del Norte
Surigao del Norte is a Philippine province found in the Caraga region of Mindanao. It consists of two major islands found in the Philippine Sea — Siargao and Bucas Grande. It also includes a small region at the northernmost tip of the island of Mindanao. This small body of land is at the northern border of Agusan del Norte and Surigao del Sur. Its capital is Surigao City.
Surigao del Sur
The Province of Surigao del Sur is is found along the northeastern coast of Mindanao facing the Pacific Ocean. It is located at the southeast side of the Province of Surigao del Norte and west of the Philippine Sea.
