Enchanted River
The Hinatuan River, which is also known as the Enchanted River, has only been discovered in recent years. It is six hundred meters away from the coastline of Hinatuan Bay, and it flows into the Philippine Sea. The mystery here though, is that no one knows where the crystal-clear water comes from. The waters of the river is so clear that you can watch the fish swim even at the deepest part.
Tinuy-an Falls
The Tinuy-an Falls earned the nickname Little Niagara for good reason - its three cascading falls are ninety five feet wide and 180 feet tall! That is why a backpack adventure through Mindanao is not complete without a visit to these epic waterfalls. The Tinuy-an Falls are located in Bislig City, Surigao del Sur.
